“ I am NOT a pizza person, but had to give Pizza Baker a 5 star review! I got the Cacio e Pepe and was so impressed by how well they replicated the flavor of the pasta so perfectly in pizza form! The only thing that would make this better is getting a side of marinara since I think a bit of the tartness would help balance out the flavors. The size is perfect for a personal pizza, and I love that they use a sourdough crust. The cashier was friendly and even though I took takeout it seems like a good low key place to get a quick bite of some amazing pizza! Prices were very reasonable and I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in Midland! ”

“ We've always have a great experience at Pizza Baker, and today was no different. Service is friendly and food comes out quickly. The garlic cheese bread was okay, probably wouldn't order it again. The mushroom cream pie was excellent, and the margherita was also really well made. The wood fired, sourdough crust makes this pizza unique to the area. Inside is clean and there's plenty of seating. ”
